This is a great place to stop over on a road trip. They were very welcoming and accommodating of our family - including a dog and a toddler. The room was set up with beds for both dog and baby when we arrived - it was great. There was even special plates and cutlery provided for our daughter at breakfast. The staff were lovely.

clean comfortable spacious room. well equipped with a small seating area, glasses, large comfortable bed, good shower, good air conditioning. Parking was secure and very easy to park in. the staff were really nice. check- in was fast and friendly, and likewise checking out. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and nice touches like freshly squeezed orange juice and 5 types of honey! Again, the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. it’s an easy 5 minute walk into the centre of town. if we’re back in Chateauroux we will definitely stay here.

Hotel was near the bus and train station. It was also close to Voltaire bus stop (5min) - so you get easily to everywhere in town. We absolutely loved breakfast - smashed eggs and bacon! Breakfast had a great selection. We were staying at hotel for 10 night so it was a long stay and it was good to have bigger (double-decked) room. Thanks for having us!

very comfortable bed, wonderful towels, super toiletries. everything was clean and smart. Excellent breakfasts. Parking secure and easy. The staff are all really, really nice. Filtered water provided in bedroom.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. Delightful staff team - we particularly appreciated the woman who spoke excellent English in the breakfast room. Our room had tea and coffee making facilities which we haven't often come across in France. Lovely to be able to have a cuppa before heading down to breakfast. Good sized room that had a window seat.

Second time at this hotel, found it during the covid pandemic on the rush back to the uk one lock down. Spacious rooms. Fabulously comfortable beds. Secure parking. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Great staff.

Great breakfast, almost seemed like good value at 16€. Quiet night’s sleep. Restaurant is ok if soulless.
